Cute Bunny Pancakes

Bunny-shaped pancakes? With these you can get your kids excited about a nutritious breakfast at Easter. You don't need any flour for these pancakes, as the dough is made from our Wild Kids cocoa banana porridge. The sweetness comes from the ripe bananas - completely natural. The mineral water also makes them nice and fluffy. We like to serve them with fresh fruit and a little grated coconut. These pancakes look so sweet and taste really good, a recipe that cannot be missed at Easter.

Ingredients

100g 3Bears Wild Kids Cocoa Banana Porridge
½ tsp Baking Powder
50g Coconut Yoghurt
100g (very) Ripe Banana (mashed)
80g Carbonated Mineral Water

Preparation

Grind Wild Kids cocoa banana porridge into flour in a blender. Then pour it into a bowl. Add baking powder and stir. Add the remaining ingredients and mix briefly to form a smooth dough. Now let the dough rest briefly.

Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Add 1 tablespoon of dough to the pan for the bunny body. Use approx. 1 teaspoon of dough for the head, ears and paws. Use a spoon to carefully spread the dough into the desired shape and fry all the elements for a few minutes on both sides. After baking, the elements can then be easily put together to create a cute bunny.
