Banoffee Overnight Oats

Banoffee Overnight Oats

Banoffee Pie is a sinfully delicious dessert from England. In our version, our poppy banana porridge meets toffee sauce, and it only consists of three wholesome ingredients and tastes so good. Compared to the high-calorie original, you'll feel super good afterwards. Our overnight oats do not contain any industrial sugar, are vegan and on top of that, they taste so good! What we also love about the recipe is that the refrigerator actually does most of the work - because after mixing, the overnight oats simply have to sit well chilled overnight. Then just add the toppings and that's it - a super yummy for breakfast or perfect as a dessert.

Ingredients

Overnight Oats
60g 3Bears Poppy Banana Porridge
200ml Plant Drink
1 tbsp Applesauce

Nutritious toffee sauce
40g Peanut Butter (Smooth)
1 tbsp Coconut Oil (Liquid)
40g Maple Syrup

Toppings
1/2 Banana (Sliced)
200g Coconut Yoghurt (Extra creamy)
Cacao Nibs

Preparation

For the basic recipe, mix the porridge, plant drink and applesauce well in a glass. The fridge does the rest - simply let the overnight oats cool overnight or for about 6 hours. To make the toffee sauce, simply mix the nut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a small bowl with a whisk, layer a little of the toffee sauce and a few banana slices on the overnight oats. Top with half of the creamy coconut yogurt. Repeat the whole thing again in a second layer. Now top with cocoa nibs, bananas and the remaining toffee sauce.
