How big are the 3Bears jars and how much porridge fits inside?

Our Overnight Oats jars are designed to hold one portion of Overnight Oats. They have a diameter of 8 cm and a full capacity of 410 ml. If you need more space for extra toppings, our extra-large Overnight Oats jar holds up to two portions with a total volume of 580 ml.
For storing granola, the 3Bears Granola storage jar has enough room for one full pack of granola, featuring an 8 cm diameter and a full capacity of 1062 ml.
Our Thermal Mug includes a foldable 3Bears stainless steel spoon and measures 10 x 10 x 16 cm, with a 420 ml capacity—perfect for one portion of porridge. The total weight is 444.5 g.
