Our overnight oats jar really makes work easier: The markings on the jar show you how to perfectly dose 50g of porridge mixture, 100ml of liquid and toppings - without weighing or measuring. The overnight oats go straight into the fridge in the jar for at least 6 hours. Eaten your porridge? The glass is easy to clean, in the dishwasher or by hand.

Yes, the 3Bears accessories are perfect for taking your breakfast with you. The thermal mug keeps your porridge warm for 4-6 hours, while the Overnight Oats jars provide a convenient way to prepare and carry your meals. Both the thermal mug and jars come with leak-proof lids, ensuring safe transport. Ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the go, whether travelling or at the office.

How big are the 3Bears jars and how much porridge fits inside?

Our Overnight Oats jars are designed to hold one portion of Overnight Oats. They have a diameter of 8 cm and a full capacity of 410 ml. If you need more space for extra toppings, our extra-large Overnight Oats jar holds up to two portions with a total volume of 580 ml.
For storing granola, the 3Bears Granola storage jar has enough room for one full pack of granola, featuring an 8 cm diameter and a full capacity of 1062 ml.
Our Thermal Mug includes a foldable 3Bears stainless steel spoon and measures 10 x 10 x 16 cm, with a 420 ml capacity—perfect for one portion of porridge. The total weight is 444.5 g.

Personalisation, such as engravings, is not currently available for 3Bears accessories.

Are there any special care instructions for the accessories to ensure their longevity?

The jars are dishwasher-safe, but we recommend handwashing the lids and avoiding prolonged soaking in water. The thermal mug and cherry wood cooking spoon should also be washed by hand to maintain their quality and durability.

Two weeks ago, I only asked customer service whether I could also order replacement covers individually. And now they have actually been added to the range. Great service! And very sustainable that if the lid is broken, you don't have to replace the entire glass immediately.
