Ingredients

50 g 3Bears Overnight Oats Raspberry Coconut
100 ml coconut milk (from a can or as a drink)
For the lemon curd:
3–4 tbsp low-fat quark or plant-based quark alternative
1 dash of lemon juice
Some lemon zest (organic)
1 teaspoon agave syrup (or honey)
For the topping:
Fresh raspberries
Fresh blueberries
Coconut chips (optional)

1. Prepare overnight oats
Mix the raspberry coconut overnight oats from 3Bears with the coconut milk and let it swell in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours).
2. Mix the lemon curd
Blend low-fat quark with lemon juice, a little lemon zest, and agave syrup until creamy. Refrigerate until the oats are ready.
3. Layers
Now it’s time to spoon it – in layers:
1. Layer 1: Pour the finished overnight oats into a glass or bowl .
