These vegan oat cookies are a must on any cookie plate. And because it's difficult for us to decide when it comes to cookies, we simply baked two different cookies with our 3Bears Porridge: A fruity version with our Cinnamon Apple Porridge and, fresh apples and chocolatey cookies with our Triple Berry Porridge. Both recipes are vegan and wonderfully easy to prepare. For detailed step-by-step instructions, you can watch the corresponding recipe video on our YouTube channel .
Ingredients
For cinnamon apple cookies
125g 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple
50g apple
50g white almond butter
50g tahini
90g maple syrup
For three kinds of berry cookies
120g 3Bears Porridge Three kinds of berries1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch of tonka bean, ground
100g creamy peanut butter
110g maple syrup
20g cocoa powder
Fresh blueberries
Preparation
Cinnamon apple cookies
First cut the apple into small cubes, mix it with the porridge and then stir in the liquid ingredients. The dough is then formed into approx. 10 equally sized balls and placed on a tray lined with baking paper. To do this, keep wetting your hands so that the dough doesn't stick to your hands too much. Press the balls lightly before baking. For example, you can use a drinking glass and wet the bottom of the glass a little to press the oatmeal cookies on. Now bake the oat cookies for about 12 minutes at 160 degrees top heat.
Three types of berry cookies
For the Dreierlei Berry Cookies, finely grind the 3Bears Dreierlei Berry Porridge in a blender. Now put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything well, with a spoon. Wet your hands a little and form approx. 10 equally sized balls from the dough and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls slightly and place the fresh blueberries on top. Finally, bake the chocolatey oat cookies for about 12 minutes at 160 degrees top heat.
