...Autumn is just around the corner and what could be more fabulous for this time of year than an apple cinnamon smoothie? The smoothie can be prepared directly with the pure porridge mixture or with the 3Bears porridge flakes that have already been soaked overnight. It's done in no time and all you need is a mixer. Breakfast has rarely been so easy!

Calories per serving: 264 kcal
- 50g 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple
- 100ml almond milk
- 100ml water
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation
- Put 3Bears Porridge with almond milk, almond butter and honey in the blender and mix well. This works well with any mixer - from a stand mixer to a hand blender.
- Alternatively, you can soak the flakes and almond milk overnight: this way the oat flakes are even easier to digest and the flavours have more time to develop. The next morning you mix this overnight oats mixture with almond butter and honey.
- And your fabulous autumnal smoothie is ready!
