I love it when a cake is particularly quick to make, uncomplicated and also nutritious. In combination with the apple cinnamon porridge from 3Bears it is a real taste explosion!
A great snack for in between meals, especially in spring for a fresh taste, for example on your coffee break or cake time.

The recipe
Serving: 1 Time: approx. 45 minutes, including 25 minutes baking time
You need:
- 180g 3Bears Cinnamon Apple Porridge
- 30g almond flour
- 30g melted coconut oil
- 150ml cashew milk
- 30g sugar
- ½ small chopped (or grated) apple
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
This is how it's done:
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees top/bottom heat.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Place baking paper on the baking tray and make a round shape out of the dough.
4. Now let it bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
5. Finally, sprinkle the scones with powdered sugar.
