You can't imagine that a really creamy sauce like this could also be nutritious? This creamy pepper sauce will prove you wrong and it goes so well with our brand new oat pasta! It is, of course, made in Bella Italia and does not contain wheat, eggs and annoying additives. Instead, oats, corn and spinach bring a really nice taste to your plate. On top of that, it comes in the perfect Sedanini shape: slightly curved, short tubes with deep grooves that practically soak up your favourite sauce, therefore, the perfect match with this creamy pepper sauce. With this recipe you can live la dolce vita without a guilty conscience or additives. Pasta la vista, baby!
Ingredients
250g oat pasta spinach 4 large peppers
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
40g walnuts
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Quarter the peppers and place in a large baking dish.
Peel the onion, cut it into coarse pieces and add it to the baking dish. Peel and add garlic.
Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and scatter the walnuts over them.
Roast everything in the oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the 3Bears oat pasta according to the package instructions.
Take the roasted vegetables out of the oven, let them cool briefly and then mix them in a blender on high speed for about 2 minutes until creamy.
Serve the oat pasta spinach with the creamy roasted pepper sauce and enjoy.
