Ingredients
Base:
50g 3Bears Carrot Cake organic porridge
150ml Plant Drink or Water
1 Carrot, finely grated
Topping:
2 tbsp Plant-based Yogurt
1 tbsp Plant-based Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Erythritol
Pinch of Cinnamon Hazelnuts, Pecans
Preparation
Put the Carrot Cake organic porridge in a pot together with the plant drink. Bring to the boil while stirring until it is nice and creamy. Remove from the heat and fold in the grated carrot. Then pour into a bowl. For the cream cheese topping, mix all the ingredients together and place in the middle of the porridge. Top with nuts and some grated carrot.
