Ingredients

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 packet of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

3 tbsp coconut oil

300ml oat milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Process 3Bears Porridge into oat flour in the food processor.

Mix all dry ingredients with the oat flakes.

Melt coconut oil in a pot. Then mix all the liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients until a thick dough is formed. The dough then has a wonderful berry colour.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan for each pancake and shape it into a round shape with a spoon.

Cook pancakes over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side and turn carefully.

Keep the finished pancakes warm in the oven while baking and then serve and enjoy with fresh berries and toppings of your choice.
