Berry Porridge Cream with Coconut

Beerige Porridge-Creme mit Kokos

If you would like to add colour to your breakfast bowl, this refreshing porridge cream with coconut yoghurt and berries is just the thing for you. With the fruity three-berry porridge mix, you can have a delicious breakfast creation in no time, which you can also prepare the evening before.

 

Ingredients for one serving

100g 3Bears Porridge Three kinds of berries

100ml oat milk

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp applesauce

Strawberries and coconut yoghurt as a topping

 

Preparation

Puree all ingredients finely in a blender and place in the refrigerator for about an hour (or overnight). Serve with fresh strawberries and coconut yogurt.
