Banana smoothie oatmeal source of fiber low in calories

The smoothie can be prepared directly with the pure poppy banana porridge mixture or with 3Bears porridge flakes that have already been soaked overnight. It's done in no time and all you need is a mixer.
The best thing: it keeps you full for a long time and doesn't have many calories!


Ingredients

5 minutes (excluding soaking time) | 1 serving

Calories per serving: 214 kcal


Preparation

  1. Put 3Bears Porridge with almond milk, banana and lemon juice in the blender and mix well. This works well with any mixer – from a stand mixer to a hand blender.
  2. Alternatively, you can soak the 50g flakes and the almond milk overnight: this way the oat flakes are even easier to digest and the flavours have more time to develop. The next morning, mix this overnight oats mixture with banana and lemon juice.
  3. And your filling banana smoothie is ready for a great start to the day!
