Vegan Chocolate Banana Pancakes with Cocoa Nibs

Vegane Schoko-Bananen-Pancakes mit Kakaonibs

What's even tastier than pancakes? Chocolate pancakes of course! Our guest blogger Sonja thinks that chocolatey pancakes guarantee a fabulous start to the day! Especially when they only contain sin-free ingredients and are prepared almost as quickly as a bowl of porridge. Thanks to this powerful recipe with our new fine cocoa variety, you can easily sweeten your morning in everyday life.


Ingredients

For approx. 5 pancakes

100g 3Bears Porridge Fine Cocoa
150 ml almond milk
½ banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa nibs
1 tsp coconut oil

As a topping: strawberries, bananas and maple syrup

 

Preparation

Puree all ingredients except the cocoa nibs and coconut oil in a blender and then add the cocoa nibs. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add some of the batter (approx. 4 tablespoons of batter per pancake). After 2 minutes, turn and bake the other side.

Serve with fresh strawberries, bananas, cacao nibs and maple syrup.
